To add to my comments, I thought that there were rumors swirling about Tito fighting Shamrock in October. If this is true, then he wouldn't fight Chuck a month later.

I doubt Tito fights that soon again. But whenever this fight happens i still don't see Tito beating Chuck. I hope Babalu wins just so we can see Babalu/Tito for a change. That would be a great fight.
