|  Ricco Reformed by Reality TV
On the last episode of Inside the Cage, Ricco Rodriguez explained that he he made the HW weight limits (coming down from 340!) thanks to his participation on an upcoming reality TV series called "Celebrity Rehab."
Says that he and former pro-wrestler China Doll exercised together during the show. He's now signed with Elite XC, and hopes to get down to 205! ( http://www.elitexc.com/fighter/show/riccorodriguez)
It seems that there's some bad blood between he and Tito, which seems why he wants to go down to 205.
He's also currently writing a book about his life and the MMA business as a whole. He's definitely making up for the last 4 years of disappointing his fans.

Ricco was around 250 and still looked more out of shape than Mark Hunt, he should get to 205 if he really works for it.

hey if joe riggs can go from being a superheavyweight to a welterweight then that means anyone can... If ricco especially has gone from 340 to 260... shedding another 55 pounds might not be that hard... especially considering that most lhw's walk around 220 before cutting
