| Who is the next HW contender?
Concerning the HW title picture...
Based on what fights we know are occuring, who seems like they're destined to challenge Couture next? Based on their momentum, how they've looked recently, etc. etc.
I of course would love to see Fedor v. Couture but I don't know if timing would allow it.

Ok first off all I have to say is that you will never see fedor vs couture that is off the books because he will not accept any thing the UFC throws at him so here are the contenders:
Andrei Arvloski: He has shown that he deserves his shot and he has beaten the best in the heavyweight division.
Cheick Kongo: Has beaten cro cop and has shown that he is a great fighter and he could throw with the best.
These 2 I would see fighting in December and the winner would get the shot at Randy Couture for the title in March or April.

I spoke w/ Randy a couple weeks ago and he said that "the only scenario that makes sense is FEDOR". He just got the brace/cast off his arm and he'll be back training in a few days, according to what he told me 2 weeks ago. Fedor will be available by the time he's back in fighting shape, assuming he doesn't get hurt at the sambo championships.

Unfortunetly I think it is the winner of Nog and Kongo...boo
Where is AA, that guy should have a title shot soon, in a perfect world it should be Big Nog vs. AA and the winner of that fight get's the shot.
And Kongo should be fighting the winner of Vera vs. Sylvia to determine #1 contender; after the winner of Nog vs. AA fights Randy.

Fedor's up in the air status is too much of a cog in my thought process right now, so...
I see the next guy to really step up and challenge being Big Nog. He should tap Kongo without too much of a problem; Arlovski, just as soon as he gets his shit worked out contract-wise, and Brandon Vera if he puts in a good showing against Sylvia.

Nog deserves the nod.
Fedor is only a fantasy at this point.
Arlovski deserves his crak at him.
and personally I'd want to see Randy put a Sylvia-like beating on Josh Barnett.
