BigDaddy at the fight
 

I am sure everyone saw "Big Daddy" Gary Goodridge at the fight, anyone know if he is planning to fight in UFC???

I like the guy, he came in as a one deminsional fighter, embraced the sport, and built a nice career for himself. Not the best fighter ever, but can surprise you once in awhile.

It looks like K-1 is big daddy's thing at the moment.

yes, he's doing pretty well as well as earning too good at the moment. although who knows, UFC might skimp out some bucks for a good HW

he has really found his own in k1 because he never was good on the ground and he has alright boxing skills with a ton of power which is exactly what you need to compete in k1, there is no way he goes back to the ufc or anyone else. the money he makes along with the wins in k1 are to much. plus im sure k1 is much easier for him seeing as he only has to train what he knows.

Doesnt he have an issue with steroids or was that just a rumor? If he is on steroids, UFC wont tolerate it. Pride looks the other way and I think K1 does the same but not entirely sure on that.

I still don't undertsand why UFC won't shell out money for good fighters...they have put loads of it..use it dana use it

It's because his reality show stars are more popular in the US to the casual fans. They know more about Bonnar, Griffin, Diego, etc than Fedor, Wanderlei, Gomi, Nog, etc. It's smart from a business aspect, you can rake in the cash and not pay fighters much. I mean sure guys like Tito and Chuck get paid very well. But alot of fighters in the UFC don't get paid anywhere near what they are worth.

makes sense...but it irritates me beause I want to see the match up of rampage and liddell or wandy and liddell...I know that dana wont sign him because liddell is his poster boy...I just think that he should spend more money on fighters because these tuf stars getting all the quick shots is a disgrace to all the vets...like come on nate quarry
