I would say Kimo. He gave Gracie a very tough fight. Gracie won but was forced to pull out of the tourney because he was unable to fight. Gracie actually ripped Kimo's ponytail off his head!!!

This could be a wrong and please correct me, but I was thinking that Gary Goodridge fought in one of those tourneys and didn't win. Am I correct? If so Goodridge was awesome.

He's right. Goodridge did fight, and he lost to Don Frye. He was pretty good. For back in the day fighters who could very well have won one of them yet didn't, I go for Goodridge and Shamrock.
