It was at UFC 19:Young Guns. When Tito beat Metzger in the rematch he flipped off Guy's corner then made the motion for them to suck his d*ck and Ken got up on the cage saying he thought he had more respect than that and they wound up in each other's faces untill McCarthy pulled Tito back. Personally I can't stand Tito but gotta respect him just going by his record against big names. (except Chuck and Randy)
