It is different for the belt holders, you can't just strip them of the belt however you can strip a #1 contender as witnessed when karp was to fight Hughes for the belt and was injured.
It is the only fair way to do it as other contenders are active and are winning fights so you can't just strip them of a contender spot so the next match we will see will be GSP vs Diego unless Penn wins in which case we will see GSP vs Hughes for the contender spot.

| easy money
Liddell will win as a heavy favorite (-315). I think Bonnar is going to pull the upset (2nd round sub).He is +210 but that number will continue to go down because more money will go down on him. Im putting 100 on each. Should be an easy $310. I hope!!
QUOTE=AlexMc2]Hi guys I think we are gonna be spoilt for choice this weekend with all the boxing tomorrow and UFC 62 on saturday. I think im gonna put a couple bets. Im goin for Sergio Mora in the IBA CONTINENTAL MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE. He has really good odds at beteagle.com. Koba Gogoladze and Carlos Maussa are also favorites. On the UFC 62 my money is on Liddle and N Diaz... what u guys think?? im hopping to make some cash... LOL
Anyway.... advice will be appreciated!!![/QUOTE]

I hope!! | Unfortunately, there is no such thing as easy money when Babalu is fighting and picking Bonnar and calling that easy money, wow man, you have way more faith in Bonnar than I do, I personally think he's a can and will be droped by the UFC when his contract is up.
The smart money is on Chuck and Forrest. The upset worth picking is Neer over Diaz as Diaz has not fought for the UFC in a while and Neer is a warrior and is coming off of a loss so he will be looking to bang out a victory.
That will likely be the opening match and should be a war.
WAR Diaz, we need more smack talkers in the UFC to stir things up, he s the man for the job.

i think hughes agressiveness will make it very difficult for penn to get a submission, i'm stickin with hughes until someone proves they can beat him

Hughes only chance to win is to lay and pray for 5 rounds.
