This isn't like the USA vs. Canada card, only the main event fights are being promoted along the lines of being Bitter Rivals. And I don't really think that Bonnar/Griffin even comes close to being bitter rivals. While they've never really trained with each other outside of TUF, everyone knows that they get along really good. Not to say they won't be going all out against each other in the rematch though.

You could throw in Riggs vs Diaz since they seem to be ok with fighting every card anyway. It may be too soon for that rematch however. Swick vs Leben should be saved for when (if both keep their streaks up) the winner can fight Franklin. The more on the line, the better the grudge match. Other than that, I could see Bonnar vs Griffin, since both were apparently willing to take Tito’s spot against Shamrock. However, the only problem would be Bonnar having fought recently, and the fact that the fight could possibly main event one day down the road if Dana can be patient enough to wait it out.
In the long run, I’m with Striker, I don’t think the entire card is going to be based on rivals. If they did that, every match would have to follow suit, one would think. I have heard that BJ Penn might be taking a fight on the card against a yet to be named opponent. Any rivals of his you can think of? (Besides Hughes people, even though I think Hughes could fight on that card since he didn’t break a sweat against Royce.)

I think that you need to save Griffin/Bonnar 2 for a main event slot at another PPV or UFN. Same with Leben/Swick 2.
Mir/Cruz 2 would make a very nice addition. Either way you need to get Mir back in action and winning soon.
Penn/John Fitch wouldn't be a bad idea either. Josh Neer could be another good opponent to start building Penn back up.
Koscheck/Burkman could be interesting
Other people I would like to see on this card:
Yves Edwards- If he's going to compete for LW division, he needs to win soon.
Mark Hominick- After watching him take apart Yves Edwards I want to see more.
Keith Jardine- He got screwed in his fight with Bonnar.
Paul Buentello- Loses to Arlovski, next thing you know he's fighting nobodys. Maybe have him fight Monson next?
So many possibilities for this one.

BJ Penn vs. Drew Fickett would be a good, challenging fight in order to build Penn back up, unless he's planning to drop to LW. They're supposedly gonna do Frank Mir vs. Dan Christison and Yves Edwards vs. Joe Stevenson. I would also throw Nate Marquardt onto the card, against stiff opposition. I could see David Loiseau coming back to fight him. A win for either elevates Marquardt to Number 1 contendership, or puts Loiseau right back to the front of the line. Who knows, we may also someone like Jake Shields debut.

Penn is already fighting Karo, Nick Diaz is filming TUF4, and most of the guys that have been mentioned just fought.
Yves and Joe is a lock, that one is going to happen.

They may want to wait 'till both Parisyan and Penn are in prime spots to contend for the title before they pit one against the other. That fight could headline any PPV, and they probably want to wait on it awhile.
