Phil Baroni on TUF 4?

I don't know if anyone caught this, but if you go to UFC.com and watch the multimedia video of Josh Neer and Nick Diaz talking about their fight on Saturday, at the end of the video is a clip of Phil Baroni and under it they refer to him as a fighter on TUF 4. Did they just give something away????

Phil fought at Bushido 11 which happened in the middle of the TUF tapings, so no way he is on TUF. Not sure why UFC has that on there.
