I'm looking for a place (bar, pub, etc.) to watch UFC 62 in NYC (Manhattan, preferably). I tried searching online to see if anyplace will be showing the fights, but came up empty. Any ideas?

Not sure if they do the same in NYC, but down here in FL every Hooters and Wing House plays the fights (including UFN's). Or you could *gasp* pay for it.

*bigger gasp* I only have basic cable. I get Spike on basic, so I can watch Fight Night, Ultimate Fighter, etc., but I can't order PPV.

I usually watch it with a friend of mine who has cable (the only friend I have that is into UFC), but he's out of town.

If the Hooters/WingHouses are not showing the fight, call and speak with the manager. Get a group of people together to go watch the fight and explain to the manager that if they pick up the fight, tons of your friends and others will show up and eat/drink there. My brother up in Iowa did this and it worked like a charm. Now, the 1st and 30 Bar holds every fight cause they bring in so much bank.
