My MMA cypher and I are not going to order it (first time in a few years, I just can't support this card or UFC will continue to throw these shitty co-main events at us) so it will probably turn out to be a good one even though on paper it looks pretty lackluster and I will be kicking myself in the ass having to watch some of the fights on youtube.

ya i agree that the first fight they were just both swinging sloopley and it was kinda interesting though, i like sobral and he is a great fighter but he really doesnt stand a chance aginst chuck, i wish he was champ but it isnt going to be that way, neer vs. diaz is going to be good, its funny how mad diaz looks during his fights. it is kinda sad that tito actually thinks that he will beat chuck and become lhw champ, i was on the floor.
if anybody can get the payroll for this fight it would be apreachated. i would like to see how much each guy is getting payed.

Chuck $250,000
Babalu $50,000-$70,00 (could be less but should be more)
Forrest $32,000
Bonnar $32,000
Vera $32,000
That is all I know for certain.
I think Neer was paid $8,000 for his last fight so this fight will be the same and Diaz maybe $10,000
Kongo probably $16,000.
Those are my estimates and are likely very close as this is going by the last pay roll from UFC 61.
Franca may be bumped up to $12,000.

This card is goin to be sweet
-we get to see kongo fight live for the first time and I don't know about you but I for one am excited about that one
-We get to see hermes fight and as someone has already said when is there really a bad lightweight fight lately (other than hominick and gurgel)
-having diaz fight neer is going to be sweet now. Neither guy quites so this should be a sweet battle
-griffin and bonnar...how can you not wnt to see this rematch...this fight help make the sport become what it is today...I'll admit it is because of TUF 1 that i really started watching UFC
-chuck and babalu...I don't think this is going to be a obvious KO for chuck...his fight will be a battle and I for one can't wait to see this one
there is five reasons why this card is nNOT going to be a snooze fest...I think this card will suprise everybody and be an amzing paperview

Franca may be bumped up to $12,000. | Are you sure about Forrest and Stephan? They're both still under their tuf contracts so, according to their contracts, they'll be paid 16k to fight, and 16k to win.

thats a bunch of bullshit that tito got paid almost as much as chuck did at 61, he isnt rear chuck's level and sobral has had a lot more success then tito did. bunch of bs. and he got paid more then aa and sylvia at 61.
why is vera getting paid if he isnt even on the ufc 62 card?

I just watched my first live MMA event UFC 62 and it wasn't bad but wasn't great.
I wasn't disapointed by Griffen/Bonner 2...I knew it wasn't going to be as good as the first.
The main event was quick as expected. Babalu attempted to knock out Lidell with strikes?? Yeah thats going to work...
Overall considering I didn't pay full price for the show. I think I got my moneys worth.
I'm looking forward to UFC 63 - Hughes vs Penn and UFC 64 - Unstoppable - Franklin vs A. Silva and it would be nice to see Ken-Flo win a belt there as well. He has come along way since TUF1
