And one judge thought victorious middleweight Yushin Okami's name was Okami Yushin.

PRIDE had it right, with judging, rules, everything.... PRIDE was MMA. God I miss it. I'm depressed now.

Well the guy hasn't said things that haven't been said in this forum, he just chose an idiotic form of voicing his opinion.
And I mean, even though he could come off as knowledgeable, his writing style makes him seem like he's got some sort of better solution up his sleeve... but the end just left me thinkin this guy's casting stones.
I mean, bad calls get made everywhere. Reason this is all the more critiqued is because if the fight doesn't finish, it goes to just that " a decision."
Pride had a great system. But the problem is typically that of perception. But bad math is just bad math. Guy needs to find a new hobby, stat.

Also Burkman I thought lost the fight. He won the first round easily. In Josh Berkman form he looked like shit the rest of the fight like he was tired or something. He was loosing in the 3rd and landed a bomb that hurt his opponet. Just cause of that one punch he won the fight.

It still kinda amazes me that people are continuing to blame Dana for everything even when he has nothing to do with it. The guy who wrote this article obviously does not know what he is talking about. Complete shit imo.

I had to send that goof an email and give him a piece of my mind. People are jealous and always want to criticize others with successful , hence his personal attacks on Dana.
Look at his picture... the guy is a smug a-hole that deserves to be clocked in the jaw.

Pride was incredible, but it wasn't perfect.

It wasn't that ridiculous to call it a draw. The first was definitely close and the second round both of them almost had a stoppage and I personally think Black was closer to get a stoppage but didnt because it was the end of the round. The third was obviously grice.
I still gave it to grice though but it wasn't as ridicilous as the cbs sports writer made it out to be. He should've made a way bigger case with hamill and bisping which was a clear screwjob.
fucking douchebag with his negativity and conspiracy theories ruins the credibility of the sport. It pisses me off
