No offense, but this may not be the place for you then. If you are not interested in contributing, then you can expect to not have access to privileges from the site. No judgment, just the way we have it set up. If you're just looking for videos, there are likely other sites that can better fulfill your needs.

I enjoy just reading a lot of people's opinions and things, so I don't mind not being able to view the pic's or video's. I don't always have a lot of time to post, or actually look for interesting articles, so I understand why my rep sucks. So if the mods think it's right to raise the settings to keep away dumbasses, then so be it.

The only thing I will say is that I know a lot of guys have built up their rep by actually posting pics or videos on that forum. I know I got the majority of my rep for posting a few videos and even commenting on a few videos. Unfortunately now I can't do that.

But, it's all good in the hood...

That is a catch 22 of all of this. The fastest way to build rep is to contribute to that section but you need rep to get there. Kinda like how you need work experience before anyone will hire you (and thereby give you the damn experience)

But there's not much that can be done about it.

I have most of my rep from posts. If you post relevant stuff or post your opinion without sounding trollish, your rep will start going up. The only people I see, that get negative rep, get that because they start acting dickish. Of course the majority of the dickish rants or flat out internet wars seem to happen on pvp nights; that's when the negative rep guys come out. I've only posted 2 or 3 times in the pics/video section.
