Diaz finally showed some of that aggresiveness that made a name for himself. Take the Riggs fight for example. He had the guy stunned and failed to jump in and finish him off. He took advantage of his position and applied a nice Kimura. Hats off to Diaz.

Diaz made me more of a Nick Diaz fan, he was very impressive I loved the boxing he showed through 2 rounds.. it was real nice finese boxing and then he transitions into grappling, and finishes BJJ style it was amazing. But where does Nick go from here?
He lost 3 fights in a row to wrestlers, thats clearly his weakness.. at 170 he would have to face Matt Hughes, GSP, etc if he wants a belt I dont see him beating any of these guys
I think he can cut weight.. drop to 155 but it would take like half a year to do so and even then hes gotta face Sean Sherk, but they went to a close decision still a smaller Nick would prolly get beat by him but atleast he can face guys like Kenflo, Sam Stout and possibly beat them.. moving up might be an option but your gonna see some tough fighters at middleweight too.. so where does Nick go from here?

I say make him a gate keeper for some up and comers and if he wins 2 or 3 start sending him against top guys again.

Now lets see him do it two-three more times. Good for him though, I hope he can keep it up, I have no problem being proven wrong.

If he went down to 155, there wouldnt be anything left to him. Keep in mind he's only 23 and Hughes wont be around forever. He'll stay at 170 and he'll probably keep winning if they keep him away from wrestlers...or he finds a way to improve that part of his game.

But ya him being 23 is good, cuz Matt wont be around forever and thats the only guy I think he has no chance of beating.. if he continues to improve he can fair against GSP or even Penn it just depends how how good he gets overtime cuz the potential is definently there.
