he looks much improved his striking is looking much improved , straighter shots he is losing that sloppy strikes and his defence was improved when he jabbed he pulled his arm back alot better so he would not get counter and put his punches in better combos and was picking his spots much better i was very impressed with him , bonner on the other hand looks the same and will not change till he joins a good camp like TP or MFS etc. your only going to be as good as the guys around you , he needs top mma fighters not just trainers to train with.

Yeah it was obvious to me from the start that Griffin was a much improved fighter. He just controlled the pace and pretty much owned Bonner for the majority of the fight.

Ya I don't think bonnar exected him to be as effective with his striking...he wasn't just flailing
speakign of which what he said after when joe asked when he can be championship material and he said when he stops slailing his arms and then did the motion...I thought it was funny

He'll always be a b-level fighter no matter who he trains with.

Bonnar was expecting another all out swing for the fences brawl...but Forrest has become a much better fighter. He was just rushing him and swinging wildly. He has improved so much. Toward the end when he was getting tired did you notice that he was starting to fade back to the old Forrest a little? He was definately right when he said that Bonnar should have been kneeing him to the face....that was wide open. Forrest will be one of the best before long.
