hell for those fight payouts for main events, id fight my own brother, mother, cousin, aunt or uncle lol . Friends are friends, but in mma. When your career is over, that friend aint gonna be paying your bills. And I gotta agree that " we wont fight cus we are friends" argument is getting to be to commmon place now

I just think that if you are really friends, a beatdown isn't going to change that. If you are friends before, you can be friends after and both be a little richer for it.

It's not even as if it's unprecedented even for friends to fight each other. Weren't Justin Eilers and Mike Kyle best friends when they fought each other? Wasn't Eilers a mentor to Kyle? That didn't stop them, and Eilers didn't seem to have any problem pounding Kyle into the ground. I tend to see this "friends don't fight friends" excuse only when one of them is a champion. Wand and Shogun won't fight each other, Tito didn't want to fight Chuck (Chuck didn't really care), Horn and Franklin won't fight each other. Evan Tanner and Matt Lindland were friends, and Tanner said he didn't mind fighting Lindland. Hell, even just recently, Aleks Emelianenko said he'd fight Fedor if it came down to it. No, this friends don't fight friends arguement doesn't fly with me. That's some serious shady shit going down with that.

i think rich has alot of threats it is just who gets to him first, Lister, silva, terrell,etc. I cant wait till 62 cause i just found out terrell is fighting marquardt. This is terrells chance
