Who has the strongest single punch?
 

im not asking who is the best striker cause a lot of strikers use combinations to ko their opponents, im talking about a single punch who has the stongest punch. henderson strongest punch at 185 for sure. liddell at 205. i know a lot of you would say that liddell has the strongest punch overall, but id have to say bob sapp, he really isnt that good of a technical striker, he has bad form,sloppy punches and just swings basically but he has ko'ed some of the best just because of how strong his punches are. he even ko's guys while their hands are aginst their face, it doesnt matter hell punch their arm while its covering their face and they'll get ko'ed. let me hear ur opponions although im guessing that u will all say liddell.

There's a lot of fighter with good one punch knock out power.

But even though I this he sucks, the one thing thats gotten him over so far is his one punch KO power "Tim Sylvia" but I do think Bob Sapp would pound his ass through the cage because I just can't see Tim running around the ring effectively enough to tire Bob down before getting hit with one of those cynderblocks he calls fists

Matto if you start a thread asking an opinionated question you really shouldn't badmouth anyones eventual answer by saying "I know youre all going to say Liddell". I honestly believe it's Tank Abbott but anyone who says Liddell has a point too.

I would have to say tank abbot. His punches where devestating...look at what he did to some of the people in the early UFC's, they looked dead.
