| If Dana White were to quit, who would you like to see replace him?
Not trying to cup Dana's nuts, but he is good at what he does.
However, no company should be without a replacement though, so...
Who would you like to see replace him?
Who could promote like Dana White?
Would they do well in the US?
Would the UFC and possibly MMA go into a recession?
Who has a resume like his?

Bas is a great commentator, awesome fighter but as a promoter...I don't know.
Same goes for Randy, he is just a little too relaxed and reserved.

Bas or Randy I would not vote for. They are great ambassadors, and great fighters, but that does not by default make them great businessmen. They would not be my pick.
I don't know who I would pick. Probably not anyone famous. Low-key, business savvy, and loyal would be the keys.

My vote for most hilarious replacement would be Joe Rogan.
Now THAT whould be a real war of attrition!

I think Joe Silva has been close to Dana during this boom, and is probably getting some good first-hand knowledge of how to run things. He's loyal, and knows everything there is to know about fighters & how to hype/promote them. I think ex-fighters have too many friends in the business to be able to do the job without bias. And Lorenzo & Frank have plenty on their plate to have to worry about running the day to day operations of something as complex as the UFC.
