The temporal mandibular nerve is right behind the jaw and a possible explaination is that a hit on the jaw that jams the bone in to this nerve causes a overload of sensation. The brain deals with this overload by shutting down. Quote: |

Maybe we haven't evolved far enough to protect that nerve corrrectly.

well he already has great wrestling and will learn a lot of bjj from royce and that is a dangerous combination, and if he got very good at boxing he would have one of the most powerfulist punch in mma. i wouldnt like to see him fight anyone too well known yeat, i mean its his first match, i would just like to see how he fights aginst a few easier guys and eventually over a year or so rise to the top.

Hey Harlemhustla, about as good as Coleman. I'm sure that you are aware that Mark Coleman won the first Pride Grand Prix and is a former UFC Champion. THat'as is nothing to downgrade. I know that he doesn't always perform well and behaves like an total retard but his accomplishments speak for themselves. As far as Lesnar goes, he is a former NCAA wrestling champion, and alternate for the National Team, and is an absolute beast in the gym. Whether that translates to success in the fight game remains to be seen, but don't make assinine comments about subjects you actually know very little about. Harlemhustla? Whatever you're probably from Buffalo. Fag.

Neal went on to play pro football for NE Patriots. Lesnar won it the next year.
