I'm not sure if this has been a post yet but I was curious. With all the drama surrounding Bob Sapp and the news of Brock Lesnar coming to MMA, wouldn't it be a good idea for the UFC to capitalize on this??? I for one would love to see this division formed. These would be two guys that would bring major buys to the UFC so it only makes sense......at least to me. What do you guys think???
Yeah. this topic came around yesterday but in a stupid thread so it was taken down. I for one would love to see a super heavyweight division or an extension of the heavyweight limit. who would you like to see in that division apart from Lesnar and Sapp?

Personally, I'd much rather see a bantamweight (145 lb.) division, before a 265+ division.

The only Superheavyweight I care to really watch fight is Mark Hunt. Most of the others are big immoble muscle head types or former heavyweights that blew up around the mid section. Doesn't make for very exciting fights.
I do agree with Sinatra. A 145 lb division would be great. There are alot of 145 lbers that fight at 155 because the big companies don't have a 145 lb division. It would be nice for these guys to fight at their natural fighting weight.
It's almost sad to see what's become of him. He is in really bad shape
I agree. It was very hard to watch him in his match vs Waterman. I mean he won and all. It was just sad to see him constantly pulling up his shorts to hide his gigantic stomach. I really hope he gets back in shape. He's still young enough to turn it around.

Yeah. If he got into shape I could see him coming back to the UFC and beating everyone. The post fight interview after the Waterman fight, he said all the right things about being focused now and getting back into shape. I guess we'll have to wait and see.......
Ricco Sucks and would not make any type of impact on the UFC.
Now for my next comment, Bob Sapp gets knocked out by much smaller people so I dont think it's nessasary to have a super heavy division. Besides there just isnt any other naturally, Ginormous, in shape people like that.
