| UFC Pay Report
Tell me if I'm wrong, but is it not completely ridiculous how little the fighters were paid in the UFC 62 card? Even Chuck Liddell (who is apparently UFC's top earner?) only got $250,000 in an event where the live gate take ALONE was $3,040,880. 11 out of the 18 fighters earned UNDER $8,000?!Compared to the top grossing boxers, that is just an injustice. Dana White is just asking for politics to come into the UFC and ruin it just like it did boxing.

It is the lesser fighters that get screwed imo.
git.

I didn't know that. I agree MMA fighters are grossly underpaid. Where did you get your info from?

I agree with hypergit who says that the lesser guys are the ones who got screwed. Imagine being Cory Walmsley who probably trained for weeks and got a measley $2000

Mediocre boxers get a million a fight. And, while 250,000 isn't a small amount of money, looking at JUST to the money from the gate that isnt enough. $2,635,180 of $3,040,880 DOESNT go to the fighters!? Corporate Bullshit.

No full time job is going to let you off for weeks at a time. Fighting is Walmsley's job. $2,000 from your major source of income is unacceptable.
