Well, I am a real fan of MMA. I think it would be sort of a waste of time to check out MMA sites if I wasn't a fan. I am just sort of at a who cares place with this fight. There are lot of good fights to be had. My focus on this one has moved on.

I care for this fight the same I care for a fedor/cc fight or a possible fedor/barnett fight. People that have a realistic chance of beating fedor interest me. I guess its because I'm a huge Pride fan. If I were some TUFer who just recnetly became a fan off mma Maybe I woulnt be as interested

on paper this fight sounds great but really fedor would take it and then everyone would say randy was just to old and if it went the other way people will say it was because fedor had to fight someone good. i still would love to see the fight but i think its a few years to late!

How presumptious to to implicate that I am a new fan. Not that it matters if someone is a new fan for that matter, but I can see in the post that you somehow see yourself and your allegiances as somehow superior to newer MMA fans.

FYI my original organizational preference was to Pride until Pride went away. Now it is too the fighters I enjoy watching.

I enjoyed watching Fedor as much as the next guy but realize that I am the kind of guy who is really disinterested with contract drama. That isn't to place blame on either side. Dana, Fedor, and Randy all have their reasons for the decisions they have made. It doesn't make me less of a fan because I am capable of accepting their decisions and moving on with my life and my MMA focal points.

I am just not interested in spinning my wheels. To me, the whole "It must happen, it will happen" attitude is sort of shortsighted and based in a preoccupation that I have chosen to shuffle past.

I spend my energy where I can get results.

honestly, i speak for myself when i say..i could really care less where this fight happens..or what promotion its in..as long as i get to view it in some sort of medium (preferably HD to make my new TV enhance this legendary battle lol) on PPV. This would be like a dream come true, and it seems like they both want the fight. Its just a bunch of political bullshit gettin in the way.

It would be redundant. Every time you and I discuss something on here, it seems like I end up owning you anyways, so I don't see the point of owning your signature too.
