Tito needs to finish up other business first instead of running off to to the Apprentice. The rematch with Rashad and then I think we all want to see him take on Forrest again. Forrest just keeps on getting better and better. Of course I see a Wand/Tito 2 in the future as well. Now we are throwing Belfort possibly into the mix.

Tito is not even top 5 in the UFC LHW division anymore IMO but he sure has many fighters gunning for him still.

I'm not debating the whole Apprentice thing, that probably could've waited until after his fighting career is over. Unfortunately, I don't know if a rematch with Rashad is going to happen--personally, I'm not clamoring to see it, so I imagine no one else is either. Agreed with Forrest and Wand--those would be two great fights for Ortiz and for the fans. I have no qualms about Belfort back in the UFC, he was actually one of my favorites back in the day. I think a TUFer (Jardine, Bonner, etc) would be a nice measuring stick for Vitor in his first UFC fight back.

It would be great to see Vitor get back in there and be competitive. The problem is that he has not been the same fighter since Randy Couture beat the will out of him in their third battle. He had his heart Ground And Pounded out of him. I like Vitor, but seeing him come back and be dominent is like seeing Mike Tyson come back and be dominent. I don't think so.

Me, too, man. I'm really hoping that he has a good showing and makes a statement in his next fight.

i think ppl r too bloody hard on tito.

Do you know how big it is for the sport that tito is on the apprentice? The apprentice is on one of the biggest networks in nbc and its past seasons have generated over 10 million viewers on avg per episode. It's true that the ratings have been declining but the ratings are expected to increase dramatically with the celebrity apprentice. Plus tito is being showcased as one of the top celebrities considering the camera time they gave him for the ad.

This generates even more publicity for ufc and opens a lot more doors for other ufc fighters that are interested in getting a shot at the entertainment industry.

People shit on tito a little too much and criticize the bad and good he does. Whatever he does, most of u will find something remotely wrong with it and make a thread to bash him constantly about it

Yeah..kinda a bigger deal to Vitor than it is Tito. I mean, money would be made off of that fight and if Tito wasnt cool with not making $$ v. Dana, NO WAY he accepts those terms of winner take all. Tito really would have nothing to gain and everything to lose by agreeing to fight Vitor like that. Tito is hanging onto the last bit of credibility he has in the LHW division and Vitor isnt even in the UFC. Right now, Tito needs a win v. a credible opponent, and Vitor just isnt that guy right now. If its a matter of avenging a loss, call Chuck out. It seems to be the "cool thing" to call Tito out these days, and to me it seems its just another attempt to get Dana to get on board. Vitor should get back in the UFC first, have a GREAT showing and then maybe mention a rematch v. Tito in the postfight interview with Joe Rogan.
