I'm sorry, but I can't help but think if this was Matt Hughes talking shit about steroid use, then inviting an abuser to train with him, most people would be all over him; but because it's B.J, he gets a pass.

Watched Penn vs Hughes 2, Penn vs GSP and Penn Gomi again today. B.J. should get someone with better cardio than Hermes to push him in training b/c he´s skill wise on a whole another level than any of those guys.

don't know if anyone is still posting in this but i wanted to give my two cents....

i think its like hermes says... bj is just talking shit. that's what fighters do. most fighters anyway. if penn really felt the way he did, i don't think he would ask franca for help. btw, penn is going to sub joe in the 1st.
