how is he going to call bj penn a pothead and compare that to being a proven steroid user. he says its not natural... huh? weed grows out the fucking ground and steroids are created by men in a lab. i've lost all respect for sherk. if bj and nick diaz are truly stoners... more props to them for being able to achieve such a level while constantly abusing their lungs. smoking would hinder not help them unlike steroids.

pot doesnt enhance any fighting ability except you can take a little more pain, when you are actually high. it slows reflexes and isnt really beneficial to fighters.

steroids on the other hand is a different story. i dont think Sherk wants any part of BJ Penn IMO.

What an idiot, Penn has never failed a test so he's just trying to discredit somebody. Penn has been commenting on the question of Sherk and his steroids, but Sherk is throwing mud & using the "he's a worse guy than me" political method. But anybody with any sense holds weed & steroids on two totally different levels. The sad thing is, at the beginning of this whole thing I was on Sherk's side, but he's just annoyed me ever sense then.
