Muai Thai -Ernesto Hoost
BJJ- Sakuraba (he seems to beat every BJJ practitioner I know and has never been subbed)
Boxing-Emanual Steward (for head movement and better defense from strikes)
Wrestling-Randy Courture
PS: if I had a choice I would learn San Shou from Cung Le for striking | not a bad list at all
Emanuel Steward is the best in boxing for sure!

Muay Thai is Kickboxing
Kempo is Kickboxing
even Karate is Kickboxing
If you ever compete there are diffrrent rules for diffrent orgs where you in general (mycase) can't use elbows etc etc...but in the end it is still considered Kickboxing...I have no more to say if you don't get it.

They're is thai boxing and theres kickboxing. They share some of the same techniques but thats it. Someone who actuall trains in thailand would set u strait, believe me last time iz there i asked werent they the same and fighters got offended.

the best fighters are not always the best coaches
and the best coaches were not always great fighters
actually it is quite opposite. look at NFL coaches and MMA coaches. many of them were not good athletes themselves due to lack of physical gifts.

muay thai and kickboxing are different.
kickboxers traditionally do not use elbows, and they use less knees and thai clinch than muay thai does.
