These fighters are training their asses off and people are still fucking complaining. Im happy just to see them fight WHEREVER, i dont fucken discriminate... just look past the fucking rankings and watch a good skilled fight. MMA fans will never be pleased at any of their fighters theres always something to bitch and complain about. "ZOMG HEs not fighting so and so HES A CAN HES CAN", "OMG HES TAKING A LONG DESERVRED BREAK WAAAAA WAAAAA", stop being fucking bitches and start appreciating their hard work.

I just don't agree with those who say besides Randy and Barnett there isn't anyone for him to face.
If i am not mistaken he only signed a 6 fight deal with m-1. 3 fights a year.
so m-1 has a show in feb Fedor could fight Kharitnov than fight Pedro Rizzo in the summer and than fight Randy at the end of the year.
Kharitnov ranked outside the top 10 but not by much imo
Rizzo a named guy not the best comp but better than most guys in the ufc
Randy finishes the year off big with a dream match up.
If Fedor fought these 3 guys in a year thats FAR better than any heavyweight had in 2007, there isn't a single guy in the UFC who fought better guys in 2007.
Cro Cop - fought sanchez, gonzaga and kongo lost to gonzaga and kongo, both weren't top 10 and compared to khartinov and Rizzo are ranked around the same.
Gonzaga - 2 fights- CC and Couture won one and lost one, certainly a guy imo on the rise in the heavyweight division, however before that never really fought anyone good before those two fights.
Sylvia - Couture and Vera, Vera over rated and he lost to Couture.
Now i am not saying Fedor will face those guys for sure however there names that either makes sense or have been rumored, another name is Monson, so providing he faces Couture late in 08 with 2/3 of those names above that a far better year than any heavyweight would likely fight in the UFC.
But than!!! if he fights Barnett and Couture in the same year and goes undeafed, than by than who knows he won't be with the UFC by than. AA would be the only other guy who could want to fight, with name value.
The Couture v.s. Fedor is a huge fight, potientially for M-1, so putting Fedor against a tough guy like barnett in 08 before he could possibly face Couture doesn't make sense to me. Let him face Sergei, Rizzo, Monson.... let him break Rothwell in half.
All this talk about him not facing anyone good and freak shows imo will end in 08, the Hong Man is being feed to Fedor for a easy fight so he doens't come back rusty and loss cause that'd be a huge disappointment for M-1. In 2008 people will say how Fedor isn't facing any stiff comp but in reality, there are protecting against a loss to get to Couture imo. What makes business sense however its not going to please the mma fans however if you look at m-1 side why let your meal ticket loss against someone like barnett when a Couture fight is a far greater payday for them if he happens to lose.

Barnett and Randy are the only fights that really make sense for Fedor right now that are outside of the UFC. Sergei is not going to beat Fedor (it is possible, but Sergei couldn't get passed Aleks, and Aleks is a lesser version of Fedor in every aspect of MMA).. Rizzo is DEFINITELY not going to be Fedor (have you seen the shape he is in?).. and Monson is not going to beat Fedor (lol, have you seen the shape he is in?)
There are fights for Fedor outside the UFC (such as Alistair Overeem, Gilbert Yvel, etc.)... but those are not top 10 people either.

Fedor fighting in general will always be great. However i'm definitely complaining that most MMA fans won't even see his next fight live. I hope M1 grows and starts rocking out the ppv's as opposed to running it on HDnet. I don't know one person that actually has HDnet. I imagine someone on this board has it, but i'd love to see a poll on how many of us here have HDnet. That's the only thing i'm complaining about. Not being able to see the fight until the one person who actually got to see it post the results.

And i am not saying Rizzo is going to beat fedor, i am saying Rizzo is a fight for Fedor who is a name. and this is pretty much what i was trying to say, Why would M-1 set up matches Fedor "could" lose before his potienal fight with Randy?
Fedor is the best heavyweight in the world, do you really think Monson or Rizzo are going to show up 15 pounds out of shape, i doubt it. A fight with Fedor motivates a fighter imo, because fi you can't get motivated for Fedor than you aren't a real fighter.
Alls i was saying with Rizzo was if he faced him, it would be no worst than someone in the UFC because Rizzo is greater than O'breins, Herrings, Mirs and likely would beat kongo... ummm i dunno about that but i'd be close.
