i have to gve it up to Machida.... i thought Sokodju was going to hand him his 1st loss, and in a bad way...boy was i wrong
but hes not unstopabble, i dont see him even beating any of guys in the top 10 in the LHW divison.........he should fight Thiago Silva next fight

Machida impressed the hell out of me last night, its gonna be hard for any fighter to figure him out becuase no one else fights like him, I would love to see him fight Shogun next though, that would be a great fight.
Chuck at HW would be interesting and I would love to see it, but for some reason I would love to see him knock out Rashad Evans though.

Nakamura was borderline Top 10 and Machida just dominated him, and Sokodjou was unanimously Top 10 (borderline Top 5) & Machida just dominated him. I'm just curious of how your Top 10 LHW's look, if they're all gonna beat Machida.

I get the sense most people here are still underestimating Machida. Black House is the shit, and Machida is a bad man. He KO'd Franklin quicker than his training partner, he decisioned Penn, KO'd Bonnar, beat the hell out of Nakamura, and now subbed the guy who kicked the crap out of Lil Nog and Arona. Whats the guy gotta do?
After owning Soku like he did, his next fight would have to be for the title or for the #1 contendership. Nothing less. And to say he would get "destroyed" by Rampage is just plain uninformed.

I don't think Dana is gonna give him a title shot any time soon, not in 08.

1-Jackson 2-Liddell 3-W. Silva 4-Jardine 5-Griffin 6- Shugun Rua 7-Ortiz
8-T. Silva 9-Arona 10- Machida (i previously had Sokodju at this spot)
and i really dont see him beating anyone i have higher than him
