I'm sorry but who ever did this rankings they are horrible.

How is Fitch ranked 7, thats just laughable.

How is GSP ranked number 1 p4p fighter in the world when he is ranked 2 at ww.

And no freaking way in hell is GSP p4p number 1.

MW rankings are very laughable.

LHW rankings are very very laughable.

Mirko losing his last 2 fights still being ahead of Andrei who has won his last 2 an 1 of those fights being against a top 10 fighter.

I understand its the holidays an people are under pressure but i really am disappointed in these rankings.

I still have faith they can be changed but right now these are some of the worst rankings i have ever seen.

Sorry i am not personally bashing who ever did these, just that their judgment is off.

I mean HW is about the only thing i agree with. I don't agree with Mirko but its not that bad.


Like he said above, Jardine at number 3 is a fucking joke.

and Fitch was ranked like 4 or 5 in the last mma news rankings yet he drops to 7 without losing an having a active 07.

Come on these are a joke.

Is it already april fools and i just slept for a few months.

I love Forrest i do, i hug his nuts but Beating Forrest then losing to a unranked un heard of lhw in 44 seconds then beating Chuck does not make you number 3.

And what Chuck does after losing to Jardine does not effect Jardines rankings.

Matt Lindland at number 3 and hasnt fought at mw in how long.

Dan Henderson is now a MW and said he next fights will be at mw.

Diego is going down to LW.

Pretty sure Hayato Sakurai past fight was at 160 and his fight against Mac i do not believe was at 170 and his fights before that atleast the 2 before that were at 160, so please tel me how he is number 4 at lw, yet Gomi who fights at 160 is number 2.

You can't pick an choose where fighters go. I understand Mach has fights at ww but he has not many big wins their in a long time.


I understand that Trigg beat Misaki but Trigg lost to Lawler after that and Misaki just had a big win.

Yushin Okami at 5 is laughable too.

And since Serra fought most of his Career at 155 an then beat the tko'ed the golden boy GSP in under 4 minutes wouldn't that rank him in p4p.

I understand people feel Jardine should be ranked higher then Forrest, but Jardine beat forrest and then lost to Houston which dropped him way down then beat Chuck.

Forrest lost then beat Hector then beat the number 1 ranked lhw in the world Shogun, not only beat but Finished. Now Forrest is number 1 contender for the belt. He ranks higher. If it were not for the loss to Houston he would be higher no doubt.

Ok, I do not really want to go on and on about the ratings so i'll get straight to my main point and that is the P4P ratings:

1 - GSP #1 P4P fighter, he lost to the "supposed" #1 guy Serra then goes on to beat #8 ranked Kos and #3 ranked Matt Hughes which earns him #2 Welterweight but #1 P4P? How on earth can that be possible?

2 - Fedor #2 P4P fighter, he beat the "supposed #3 MW fighter in Matt Lindland in a horrible mismatch then went on to fight a giant can in Hong-Man Choi. How can he be ranked #2 P4P when he is so inactive and not fighting ranked heavyweights?

3 - Quinton Jackson #3 P4P fighter, he has won six in a row, take out the first two as they were against a couple of Pride cans then take out the next two as they were against natural middleweights in Lindland and Eastman. What you are left with is a fighter who beat the #5 guy in his division and the #2 guy in his division. Surely he should be above GSP and Fedor?

4 - Anderson Silva #4 P4P fighter, he is also on a streak, has beaten Franklin twice, Marquart and also Lutter, fights injured and does not complaim about it, is due to fight Henderson in March in his hardest test to date, basically, as far as i am concerned, this guy is currently P4P #1 in the world.

I also think Henderson should be ranked P4P above Fedor and GSP, for the level of opposition he has faced.
