I agree with this completely Banda. I think he might have mistakenly taken them but he also needs to be more aware of what goes into his body. I believe that this is what the CSAC thought too which was the reason for the reduced sentence

sherk has passed the testes in the past, so i dont see why he wuld start now. Maybe he started becuz hes a champ so hes serious about it, however that being said i think sherk din take the roids on purpose he took em by mistake. Contrary to what pppl think on this forum, i dont think sherk can beat BJ, depending on how BJ looks and which BJ shows up this saturday, it will assist in deciding whether or not BJ could take sherk or not.

and if u watch all access, sherk puts liek 800 pills up his ass everyday, its unreasonable for him to check every single pill, cuz if i rememebr 1/5 xyience pills had steroids in it.

If 1/5 xyience pills have steroids in it why aren't more fighters in Sherks position?

This is a tough call and a very good post and poll to have... quite honestly I expected it to be a landslide towards Guilty...

I'm with you. I don't think he was intentionally taking something but I do believe that he was taking something that was causing his nandrolone levels to be higher than normal.

Especially since the steroid they had in them wasn't what he tested positive for.

Looks innocent to me, either that or he is a very good liar. If he did take them, I doubt that he knew about, or that he took them a long time before the fight and it just stayed in his system a bit longer then anticipated, due to the fact that he didn't really have enough of the steroid to really effect his performance, maybe he would have taken it just to help himself get into training faster.

There's no way he has been known to seek alternate routes to avoid cigarette smoke in vegas...and then risk his health and rep with nandro. And I also agree with a prev post that speaks of his all access appearance. Sherk is no dumbass and he's certainly not the type who's too lazy so they take shortcuts.

I get the whole 'the rule was set...he tested higher....execute him' thinking...but the other side of the coin is to question the actual rule and all the potential causes for hightened levels. Bottom line..imo...no way. AND.....we'll see the rule change soon.

he might be innocent but i also voted guilty..
the guy is short and for a 155 pounder he is a beast, there is no way a person can get that big buy just exercise.. specially with that freaky routine he has that showed on all access..
