I know that this is a little belated but I still can't decide what really happened in the Sherk situation and whether or not to believe his story. The fact of the matter is that I'm not too knowledgeable on this kind of stuff. I know that a lot of you have a shit ton of knowledge when it comes to this kind of thing. So now that we know that CSAC reduced Sherk's sentence (but didn't rescind it), do you believe Sherk to be innocent or guilty?
I think he is somewhere between innocent and guilty. I do believe that he was not "intentionally" taking illegal substances but it was the negligence on his part of not being more careful on what he was putting in his body. He should of had someone in place making sure he wasn't putting something like that in his system. I only say this after reading all the articles and facts following the results of what the CSAC released.
