Can someone explain to me the situation in Hawaii and regulation?
i don't understand how the UFC waiting on regulation if events have already been going on there.

A strongly rumored date has been March 8, returning to the U.K., reportedly with a main event featuring Michael Bisping in his 185-pound debut against Charles McCarthy.

I truely hope they are not going to pull another UFC 78 and make this fight a PPV Main Event. Please God No........

Agreed, althought depending on what the rest of the card looks like, I'll probably still end up ordering the PPV.

why would they want to go there? They basically don't have any good fighters, the only one I can name is Elvis S. and he keeps getting whooped.

As far as i know mma isn't sanctioned in some of the big cities so that could be a problem.

God I hope thats not a main event for any card, I can only imagine what the undercard would look like, bisping is one thing in a main event, but Charles McCarthy come on...I know Bisping draws over there but he doesnt draw PPV sales or TV ratings so hopefully its just on the card and theres another main event.
