|  “The Celebrity Apprentice” Week 2: Tito Ortiz and Co. Make it Two Straight Wins

The second episode of “The Celebrity Apprentice” aired Thursday on NBC, and for the second-straight week, UFC fighter Tito Ortiz avoided a board-room firing from show host Donald Trump.
With KISS frontman Gene Simmons as project manager, the men’s team (Hydra) defeated a women’s team (Empresario) led by Marilu Henner.
In this week’s episode, the two teams were tasked with creating a 30-second TV ad for the Pedigree Adoption Drive program for homeless dogs. Henner opted for her team to meet directly with a representative from Pedigree to get a better understanding of their expectations. Simmons — never one to be short on self-confidence — told his team that their time was better spent in the production studio. Soon, Simmons told his team that he didn’t need them either.
Cue: Ortiz.
After Simmons and director Stephen Baldwin ran away with the project, Ortiz led the charge to confront his renegade team members. As Ortiz argued, he’s the owner of a multi-million-dollar company (Punishment Athletics), and he was going to offer some input for the TV spot whether they needed it or not.
Not that it did much good; the KISS man simply brushed his team aside.
Regardless, Simmons did, in fact, lead his team to a victory, and Ortiz and Co. avoided the dreaded boardroom session. With the win, Simmons earned a cool $20,000 for his chosen charity: the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
In the end, Trump opted to fire Olympic gold-medal gymnast Nadia Comaneci due to a lack of results and competitive spirit.
As for next week, fight fans should be concerned. In one preview clip, viewers are told that next week’s firing is one of the craziest yet. Trump is heard saying, “You’re fantastic, and you’re champion, but you’re fired.“
Ortiz and Lennox Lewis fans take note.

There's something about a suit and tie that actually make Tito's head look bigger.

Man I hope Tito doesn't get fired, or atleast before he gets the chance to really go off on someone. I wish Gene Simmons would have told Tito to "get the fuck out". I would have loved to see how Tito responded to that.

I don't think it will be one of those two going... It seems to obvious. The one chick is a Gold Medal (champion) Olympic Softball player... There is another option...
God I can not believe I am commenting on The Celebrity Apprentice on a MMA Message board... It is not even like me to watch that type of show yet i find myself being sucked in...
Might I add... I wanted to save a puppy after seeing Lennox Lewis! hahaha
Maybe Tito's head grows in proportion to his age. The older he gets the larger his head gets... It is either that or with all the weight Jenna is losing from starving herself is getting shoved into his head.

I haven't seen the show but I know that Simmons is a really smart dude. And that Tito's business decision making is... how do I say this? Questionable? Nah, oh I got it... It Sucks!

This show is entertaining and I love the dynamic Trump has w/ these celebrities. He shows alot more respect when he fires them then he does to the regular joes that are normally on the show. I've only missed maybe 2 seasons of the Apprentice and it took this season to bring me back.
Tito seems to be buddying up to Lennox alot, HIGH FIVE!!!

| Im the same way,I hate 99% of any "reality"/Celebrity "reality" shows,but suprisingly Ive found this one to be pretty entertaining
Maybe its because Im waiting for Tito or Lennox to maul Omerosa..or just because how funny Gene Simmons is..
