Not sure what to think of this. I mean it's good for Ryan Shamrock but Ken better select his opponents wisely to save himself further embaressment.

I heard on fight network radio that Ken would be competing at LHW. I personally think that's a mistake, he's never looked himself at 205.

Ken shouldnt coach ,we saw he was'nt good at that .He should probably just do exhibition fights ,like a car wreck its still kinda interesting. |
