I think the dude was out. Did you notice the guy had to actually ROLL him over? Most of the time they usually help roll themselves over a little bit when the wrestler goes for the pin. I dont know if the guy was hospitalized but I garuantee his bell got rung.

Yeah, either he was really really selling that kick or he was limp, dude didn't roll him until the third try. The replay angle makes it look like he snapped it pretty hard. Maybe he got smoked in the neck, that could mess you up enough to need a hospital visit.
