it seems to me the situation in Pride is very similar to that of the Klitschko brothers in boxing two extremely talented heavyweight brothers while both can be big names in their own right only one can wear the crown. I dont know if they have the same agreement to never fight each other but if they do seems to me as if one of them needs to make a move. Fedor is the champ so no need for him to move but his brother hey how many threads we all seen of the lack of good heavyweights in UFC. UFC needs heavyweights bad heavyweights are the glamour division beyond a mediocre Sylvia-Monson match or a pointless revenge match with Mir or Liddell coming up in weight what do we have? Dana White open up that check book and bring the younger brother stateside give him his chance to sit alone on a throne he can not occupy while fighting under the Pride banner.

they both said they would fight eachother, but alex going to the ufc would be great, i actually like that idea...i think putting him in the ufc would be great for him and the ufc

thanks Chuck for making a good point even better wasnt aware they said they would fight but hey I even thought later on heck why not a trade between promotions AA to Pride for Alex win win situation.
