its a no brainer, really. why fight someone that seems like a legitimate opponent when you could fight someone that's completely one-dimensional and who you've already beaten?

its not like he's rejecting fights.. m1 is. Who knows how much say he even has. First the company has to accept, then it goes to fedor's managers... and then they have to accept before fedor's opinion is even considered.

I see some people say maybe fedor should be dropped in the top 10. Alright let's say he does drop... who goes to #1? nobody. Fedor can be #2 and we can have nobody at #1... but whats the point of that? Basically no one has a better case to be #1 than fedor.

Sadly IMO the winner of Sylvia/Nog should be #1, Fedor hasnt beat a Legit Top HW in so damn long my brain hurts to think about it, Rizzo would be a much better win for him then Schilts,to me it seems like M-1 will just pick mid-tier fighters that have huges weaknesses to fight Fedor,and try to change to rules also to help fedor. Choi= no Ground game, Schilts= little to no ground game. If he does indeed fight rizzo somtime down the line i wouldnt be surprised if M-1 made it a "no ground game " match so Fedor could win with ease, its getting pretty pathetic and i can only see it gettin worse

And who ever said that if Fedor drops,then Barnett and AA have to go to, please elaborate on why AA should be dropped from the list?? I understand Lay-offs must have an impact on a statment like that but, Fedor hasnt fought a good HW in like 3 years, Barnett hasn't fought since losing to Nog, but AA? His last fight he picked apart Werdum(top 10 at the time) his only losses in the UFC are to Sylvia (ain't they?) so why should he drop??

He's not gonna fight Rizzo, because Rizzo isn't at least 7 ft tall and might pose problems to Fedor.

Don't be an idiot Leedogg. Fedor has beaten more top HW's then anyother active HW fighting currently.

If M1 accepted this fight the same people who are bitching about turning down the fight with Rizzo would be bitching about how Rizzo isn't ranked in the top 10.

schilt would be a better opponent. If schilt learns a good sprawl and sub defense, he could possible pwn fedor standing.... no problem. Rizzo is a shell of his former self, a former self that still couldnt beat fedor. pass. Schilt took Fedor to a decision right?... (please forgive me If i forget you guys) What I'm saying is where the hell is Barnett!!?? THIS WOULD BE A HUGE FIGHT IN JAPAN. I understand M1 wanting to give Fedor a total can for his first fight, but now it's time to get down to business. He fights and beats barnett. I give Fedor the #1 spot again.

Fedor's first fight with M-1 global vs. Giant dude was B.S. !!! Did you know the rules of that match was changed, no kicking and no knee's (benifiting Fedor). I taught that entire fight SUCKED because of that reason...

I've been watching UFC for over 10 years... only heard fedor's name... I've seen his highlights with maybe 2 fights fedor recently...
For someone like me... Fedor got to prove that he's top 3 for ME to believe he's even number one...

Based on highlights, YES I think fedor is #1...
BUT
Based on anyone's highlights, they would be considered TOP....

M-1 needs to do something with Fedor SOON... to get my respect WITHOUT special rules benifiting Fedor....
Randy is AIGHT... ok, more than alright.... but COOMMMMMOOONNNN M1... I don't give a shit about your investment... you better prove that your gamble was TRUE (fedor #1) OR ELSE... Fedor is OFF my list!
