Default Cro Cop Ultimate Champion?

now that cro cop is fighting fedor for the belt in december, which we all know will be his hardest fight yet, lets just pretend he wins for a minute. what are the likelihoods of Pride giving him a chance to drop down and fights wandy for the middleweight title and be the only person to hold both those titles and win a GP. think pride would let wandy take the fight and if so, think wandy would even take the fight?

wow, how do you know crocop is fighting fedor in december?

i was watching the first fedor vs crocop fight and i couldnt help but notice that crocop went the distance, almost knocked out fedor on a few shots, and wasn't really sharp with his left kick. i think crocop can either knock him out or win a decision.

he'd prolly defeat silva once again as well.

I dont think Pride would want that. With one person holding so many titles...every loss he takes at any weight class would kind of tarnish him holding the other. i.e. He loses the the HW title to one of the many Pride HWs people may look at it and think down the that the current Middle weight champ is coming off a loss. It would also drastically decrease the number of title defenses that could take place unless the poor guy fought every other month.

That wont happen. It would be a very bad move for Pride for many reasons.....

But hope Cro cop can take the title off Fedor.

i have to disagree. wandy's taken a few big losses as champ and that hasn't done much to hurt him. also, with a double champion i think thats a great marketing tool for pride gaining popularity in the states. UFC always talks about the possibility of brandon vera doing it and cro cop is a lot better fighter than him, so i think it would be a great move. of course, it wouldn't last forever, but it would be a hell of an exciting run, i'm sure. but this is all IF and only IF Cro Cop can beat Fedor

Here is a thought...could Fedor drop the 30 pounds and take on the LHW champion? Sherdog has him clocking in at 233....

He looks like he has the weight to cut, but would he want to that?
