Default What ever happend to Vitor ??
It seems like Vitor went from being one of the top light heavyweights in the world and after his loss to overeem there is just nothing to be said about him.What happend to him is he ever planning a comeback to mma i rember him when he was 18 and he truly was a phenom

Didn't he have some personal problems along with his losses? I thought his sister died or something?

He did well on his last fight. Hopefully, he'll be setup with some good fights and make a nice comeback. He is still young.

I'd like to see him make a comeback, it's very possible he's young and seems to be just having a rough stretch.

he has to be able to get past Overeem though, everybody else does. But i dont see it. the older he gets the worse he gets. I think he will just be mediocre.

Vitor's sister Priscila Belfort was kidnapped in January of 2004. She has not yet been found and the country of Brazil is ready to pronounce her dead. With that it seems like Vitor hasn't been the same which sucks because he's a really talented fighter. but I'm sure eveything will be alright in the end. But it seem like Vitor is getting back to his old ways because he KO'd Yoshiki Takahashi back in July at PRIDE criticaal countdown absolute.

yup yup i feel for the guy but i was happy to see he koed someone last july!! he should make a great comeback then him and wand have a rematch!! would be fun to watch

Yeah, it has to be unreal to deal with all of that mess. Hopefully everything will turn out good in the end for him. He is an incredible athlete and fighter, hopefully he can prove how great he really is whenever he can clear his mind and just focus on fighting...
