COULD BE? | M-1 was trying to proposed the UFC vs M-1 show down, just to let Couture/Fedor match happen...but sadly the Zuffa Rejects this proposal.

The Dana White sack grapplers have come out in droves on this thread.
Randy has retired which means the title is there to be had. When a Boxer retires the title does not remain vacant long before there is a new champion.
Right or wrong for Randy to cut his contract short Dana has to deal with it.What he is doing now is dithering, and its getting old.
This isn't about Randy anymore.Randy is gone, and he isn't about to come back,so it's time for Dana to either shit or get off the pot.Time to move on.Have #1,and #2 contenders fight, and we have a HW champ easy as that.

That's the problem. He claims to have resigned, so he is the HW champ until he loses it or he reitres.

Randy is giving the rest of us Randy's a bad name. He could of easily had fought by now and finished his contract. instead we have to go through all this crap. Can't we get a Fedor look alike in the UFC to end all of this. lol

The company would be stupid to just move on and set a precedent for any other fighter that didn't feel like upholding their contract.

It's not as simple as Randy completing his last two fights and moving on. I'm pretty sure there's a clause that the contract does not end while the fighter remains champion. So he'd have to lose first n order to opt out.
I'm surprised you guys expect so much from Randy. I'm disappointed too that I can't watch him compete. But considering his age, and his number of comebacks, he can leave however he wants IMO.
