That NikkanSports.com link. Anyone who can translate text from Japanese to English needs to do so with that page and see what it says, I'm curious to find out more about this.

I think that is the part in Japanese, LOL

I very seriously doubt Dana would risk sending Liddell to fight in K-1 (especially if it's regular K-1 and not HERO's) but then I started thinking well **** maybe it had something to do with Royce Gracie and B.J. Penn. Even with that I still think UFC wouldn't risk it. But apparently the Japanese media is reporting it. I just have no idea what the article says it's a bunch of blank text boxes for me and I don't have my Windows XP CD anymore to install the translator program to convert it from Japanese text to English.

You can just Download it from windows site, it should be an update.

It's a language pack prompt everytime I go to a foreign language website. It asks me to insert my Windows XP CD to install the program to translate the text.

I doubt that Chuck will fight in regular K-1 or even Heroes. Especially with him being champ he won't be fighting for K-1 anytime soon. Chuck is too much of a PPV draw to waste one of his few fights of the year.

jimmyterrell 06-01-2006 08:47 PM

I don't think you have to sell it to anyone as to why he probably normally wouldn't be fighting in K1... Japanese media is advertising it, thus we are trying to figure out what it is they are saying.

him fighting under regular k-1 rules seems like much more of a possibility then in heros. this is because if he does lose its not mma rules and so it doesnt hurt him much and regular k-1 rules are 3 3min rounds or 5 3min rounds for some superfights. unless the fighers are unmatched the results usually go to a decision and k-1 is well knows for pulling results out of their ass.
