yeah, using mediacom and have been waiting to speak with someone for an hour. this sucks.

Ok, I'm up and running.....the guy told me that when a lot of people order at the same time it causes a problem....if that's correct (and not BS) then I'm betting those of us that had problems ordered within an hour or so of showtime.....
