haha it just shows you how unfounded some of the rumors that go around are, people who are actually involved in the business probably laugh there ass off at some of the misinformation that gets spread regarding fights.

I also think it's interesting how many rumors circulate as truth in mma... I think the main reason behind this is mainly because mma is the only sport whose primary news source exists strictly online... Even though we've got inside mma and inside the ufc (or whatever its called), any breaking news has to make some noise in the forums to gain any attention... I think over time, we'll have more official and comprehensive sources for coverage, but until then, we're stuck with rumors...just realized i went on a rant without addressing the topic of this thread... I think barnett vs yoshida should be a great matchup... Even though i can't imagine anything except barnett dominating, this will be a good opportunity for yoshida to bounce back from that horrible fight with james thompson... Whether or not yoshida loses, I'm expecting a much more impressive performance this time around
