The title of this PPV might be the most perfect title ever. I've just about reached my "Breaking Point" with the UFC.

- I'm sick and tired of hearing Goldie and Rogan, try to legitimize or put over fights with less than stellar matchups. Obviously anything can happen, but do we think Rob Yundt had any chance against Almeida. The guy was 7-0 fighting in Alaska? And others. Yes David Heath was a favorite that lost, but that fight was a laugher too (on paper).

- I fully support Zuffa's stance against Randy Couture, but barring him from the building and refusing to tell us which camp his fighter are from. Only saying that they train in Las Vegas. Crap!

- We had two fights that the fighters continually punched the back of the head and they were warned repeatedly, but the action was never stopped or a point taken. Lesnar threw 2 punches to the back of the head and was punished. (IMO in an attempt to extend the fight to milk more exposure from the fight.)

- The Heavyweight title is being contested, the action is moving rather well, but we get a 1/4 screen advertisment for the next two PPVs and a UFN during the fight. That is laughable.

So now what? Does Frank Mir get the title shot that Lesnar was likely to get had he won? Do they throw Almeida into title contention after dispatching a TUF reject? Will Lesnar and Sylvia ever be pitted against real grapplers again? With the UFC running things, there is no telling.
Don't feel like reading through all those pages but just a few things.

First Randy WAS there and he was cornering Tyson. They showed him, they might not have mentioned his name, but they showed him.

Something else, Almeida vs Rob was a late add. Belcher pulled out last week, so no solid fighter was going to take that kind of fight on 3-5 days notice.

Tim vs Heath, what are you talking about it was a laughter on paper too. Do you know anything about Tim. Have you ever really watched him fight before. The guy is a decent fighter and only has 1 loss and thats to a very solid fighter Vlad. Also why is it a laughter, when did Heath become so good. Something else Tim took the fight on short notice and won.

Another thing they said Tyson was from Xtreme.

What the hell are you talking about. I did not see any advertisement

Seeing Sylvia has beaten grapplers before like Monson and Ricco, that kind of makes your theory go bust. Also UFC don't want Tim to get the belt so him losing they don't care about.

Brock has had 2 fights, they will keep him away from bjj guys for the time being but sooner or later has to fight them.

Something else i don't know where you heard that nonsense that Brock would have got a title shot if he won but that is the biggest load of shit i have ever heard. That carries one big flaw, no state would sanction a fight with a guy that is 2-0 against Tim or Nog that has over 30 fights. Not a chance.

So pretty much your whole rant was pointless an wrong.

You had no facts to back really any of it up. you just talked out of your ass about the whole Randy thing and now imo you look stupid for saying it.

Even though he fought David Heath who in his last fight got his ass whooped by Babalu. What does everyone think?

I was very impressed by Tim Boetsch, he really did mix up his attacks quite well. I have not seen the use of the Teep (front kick) done as well his he did it in an MMA fight. Not to mention tossing Heath on his head for some major ownage.

Late getting to this, but Gonzaga's leg kicks were looking great prior to his loss.

I see Randy either TKO/submit Nog. If Nog would win i see him having a ground battle with Randy and/or submtting him. But hats off to Nog for pulling off that submission that made me jump out of my seat and clap just because Tim Silvia lost
The Chris Lytle fight was a relief from all the submissions happening that night. He threw blows that were spot on and made a very exciting fight. IMO they need to stop showing Preliminaries that suck balls and just put ones that actually end.
Man, you must be living on your own planet.
Nog has not been finished. Randy has been both KO'd and submitted. Nog hasn't been the victim of either.

And for you to say that Randy would sub Nog? I know that last year was the year of strange things in MMA, but that aside, no way in hell does Randy Couture sub Nog. Also, I still give Nog the nod in the stand up. When will people get off Randy's nuts and realize he went 5 rounds with a Tim who was too injured to move properly, and couldn't finish him. Nog submitted a healthy Tim and would submit Randy too, fairly easily I'd be willing to bet.

Now, on to the truth. It doesn't matter because Randy will never man up and honor his contract OR man up and fight Nog.
