Yeah don't be talking nonsense about the IFL. I wasn't even going to give them a chance but I caught their debut show on FSN about 20 minutes in because I was bored and I was just like wow, this is actually a really cool show. I saw their last one, the second one last weekend and it was maybe even better.
When is their next TV anyways? They have nothing else to air except the Pulver fight as far as I know, so I guess they don't have anything on TV until after tomorrow's tapings?

Oh me too. No arguments there. Strikeforce as well. You take out elbows and add in a team concept, and it's like "eh". But it is a new MMA organization with a shitload of money, the right intentions, and the national TV deal. It'd be un-MMA of us to not support them and hope they succeed.

I'm pretty sure the Inoki/Kerr/Newton teams will be announced tomorrow. Cruz is right about the air date for tomorrow's tapings, it's only a 24 hour delay which is actually really awesome. I'm going to avoid spoilers and see what an IFL show is like "live".
"but i just think there's more deserving organizations of that tv deal than them"
You're right, there are. But they don't have the money and/or connections to get a TV deal without proving themselves the way the IFL did. I really REALLY hope WFA and Strikeforce get a TV deal. At the very least, I hope Strikeforce gets a PPV deal. I know their first show aired on FSN or is going to air on FSN, and WFA has the PPV thing going. I just hope WFA gets a TV deal to go with the PPV - even if it's FSN or some kinda shitty TV station. Strikeforce I just want them to be on PPV, if they're gonna do TV delays hopefully they don't delay them as long as they did the first one.
