I don't think there is much of an argument for anyone else......Frank Shamrock would be the Marciano to Liddell's Ali lol.

I think Chuck beats Shogun, and if Jardine wins his next fight that would set up their rematch an winner gets a title fight.
lol right on Chuckthechamp, i didn't even notice you said that about Wandy an Shogun until after i posted. Also don't count out Tito in the Lyoto fight. | im glad im not the only one around here who sees it that way!

I never count Tito out of any fight. Hell, I picked him against all odds in the Rashad fight.

But back to the topic at hand, if Chuck beats Shogun, and that's a big if, then I would say yes.

If Chuck beats Shogun, which I think he has a great chance of doing, I imagine he will be granted a title shot. They may set it up to take on the winner of Rampage/Forrest. Then again we may see a rematch with Jardine first.. who knows? I know some are not so hot on the idea of a Rampage/Chuck 3 but if it all makes sense and Rampage is still champ... I believe it will happen.

Chuck will go down as the most successfull, that is for sure.
I think the LHW division is at a point right now where no one is a undisputed best (only Shogun had been close to that and he lost to Forrest).
If Chuck beats everyone at 205 but Rampage, I consider him the best.

Ok Chuck beats Shogun that will definitely put him up there as one of the best all time "which he is already". Remember Chuck is getting towards the end of his career and these last bunch of fights that he has are going to be very important to his legacy. IMO if he beats Shogun he will get a title shot, and if he does and beats Rampage then that will be where I think thats where I think Chuck wants to be.
