dana has been childish the whole time, if they didnt think he was any good they wouldnt of been trying to sign him up, they obviously know fedor has gr8 ability.

but from a business stand point, they cant have the fight happen with nog or randy, unless he is with the ufc, because should fedor win, what does that say for the ufc as a business point, they risk losing fans. to another organisation

I personally believe that M1 has no intention to hold events ever and was simply created by Finklestein and co. as a front organization to further leverage Fedor's position in the market. Their intention was to force UFC to pay Fedor more than he would have gotten otherwise with the added coup of avoiding the UFC's contract structure. M1 has delayed their start date multiple times (I am hearing May now). Yarennoka fell into their lap due to interested parties in Japan already setting up the event.

I am sure Fink thinks that at some point Dana White is going to come groveling to them, tail between his legs, begging to get a shot at the great Fedor.

Two years from now, we will all look back and realize what a colossal fucking idiot Vadim Finkelstein truly is.

I know that Fedor's management had him sign over to M-1, but they don't own him...if he really wanted to consistently fight the best guys, he'd have signed a deal with Zuffa for a few fights, fought Couture, AA, and maybe Sylvia or Werdum, and he'd have proven his point.

Actually, we can't even be sure that there isn't some Russian Mob ties that keep Fedor under a leash. There's really not a lot we know about this case at all.

I do know Fedor is better than top 5, and I don't consider him a joke. I do know that Dana has no trouble contradicting himself. But about the contracts, everything else is guesswork.

All I have to say about all of this is I just want to thank Randy, Dana, and now Fedor for providing me with something I'm actually more sick of hearing about than the latest drama involving Britney Spears.

First of all, why does Dana even waste his time talking about Fedor so much? He claims he's shit, waste of time blah blah...but spends half of his day talking about him non-stop. So when Fedor says lets set up a fight, he's not willing to make that happen = Dana ends up looking bad. I know the UFC will never make a fight happen with another org., but if thats the case then Dana stop talking about fighters in other orgs!!!
As for Fedor's response, I think it serves 2 purposes.
1. The words actually get to him, and he wants to prove to everyone he is willing to fight the best.
2. Throwin the bait out there in favour of M-1 once again, in hopes UFC will bite.
