Yeah, well, I think that everyone thinks people 40+ can do what Randy does.
It isn't even just about physical damage (i.e. Wanderlei Silva and Big Nog will not be fighting in their 40s.. I guarantee it.. they have taken way too much damage), but it is also how the fighter takes care of his body.
Fighters who party, smoke, etc. won't be fighting in their late 30s either.... How Chuck is still fighting is beyond me.
Not fully stretching before and after workouts.. all of that stuff plays its part.
