| How do you think Chris Lytle would fare against GSP?
I was just thinking about this and in my assessment Lytle has upped his game by a large percentage. I don't think he is necessarily better than GSP, but his sense of urgency, aggressiveness, and power could pose a problem and make for an exciting fight. What does everyone think?

Lytles biggest problem in his career is not pulling the trigger in fights, which hes changed as of late.As shown in his last 4 fights.
Hes never been submitted, never been knocked out,and has gone the distance with the whos who of his division. Hughes,Serra,Karo,Lawler just to name a handful.
I think GSP/Lytle would go the same way Serra/GSP went. GSP getting hit hard and being finished.

I think GSP would control him on the ground but probably not do a ton of damage
Lytle's strikes looked pretty good in his last fight but he was a much lesser opponent than GSP, and I am still not confident (at this point) with GSP's mentality or striking as a whole
I would give it to GSP in the end, but I would definately like to see Lytle vs GSP, rather than Serra

GSP would make him look like an amature. He'd take him down and pound him out. First or second round stoppage would be my prediction.

I believe he still is a firefighter and that may take away from lytle training like a "champ" as opposed to just traing to stay sharp. I don't know where he trains but if he was at jacksons camp he would eventually become a force to be reconded with but for now emains a good solid fighter..just not an ELITE fighter. my opinion.

Truth be told, if GSP tried to stand up with him, he'd get put down in short order. But GSP's wrestling is superb, and he could take Lytle down and probably control him for three to five rounds...I don't think he'd sub Lytle either.
If Chris keeps racking up impressive wins, we could see this happen next year.
