I remember after the GG loss people speculating that he left his heart in Japan and with Pride.

He just hasn't looked like the old CC and if he's happier fighting in Japan than let the guy do so. At least he's fighting for K-1 and not some upstart.

is it not possible that CC came to the UFC like a man and not over fax and asked to be let out and the evil dana worked out a deal to make him happy?

If I was dana I would have a new sense of urgency to get AA signed now unless they think he is washed up.

Im a bit dissapointed in Cro-Cop, I really don't c what he's gonna benefit by goin 2 Dream(K-1) & leavin the UFC. UFC righ now has the Best HW's all around. He ain't helpin his legacy he hurtin it.

Later on when ppl bring up Cro-Cop there gonna say he was a Beast in Pride but Sucked in the UFC & left 2 go 2 Dream cuz he couldn't hack it in the UFC.

I hope this is a Scam i really wanted 2 c Cro-Cop vs. AA or just Cro-Cop back in the UFC.

Cro Cop is still listed on UFC.com as one of their fighters and like many people in the forum I want to see what Dana's reaction is going to be.

AA just became more valuable to UFC.

man mirko just busted his whole legacy, he was running with th best hw and getting beat up, he just gave up it seems... man i dunno this duznt seem like mirko to me, hes done a complete 180 of what i thot he was in the last few months, and to say im heartbroken is the least, i was really really really looking forward to him winning his nex fight in the octagon.... i dunno man, mirkos like a bad girlfrind, hes onna my faves but he keeps breaking my heart, and i keep going back...

Why does everyone assume that he'll be fighting cans in Japan? As I said in the other thread, he's moving to Japan where (a) people like him, and (b) he's used to the ring. He's 33 years old, and while that's not too old for a career, may be a little old to learn the cage. I suppose I'm just talking about the difference between Western and Eastern points of view on MMA- one perspective is all about having the best streak in a pseudo-league and bragging rights (ego), while the other is about putting on a good show and showing a lot of heart (entertainment). Either Crocop stayed in UFC and would put on shitty performance after shitty performance full of people staying in his guard or pushing him against the fence, or he could go to Dream and put a smile on our faces.

Personally, I choose to smile.
